In December of last year, I had the pleasure of photographing the wedding of New York-based celebrity publicist Emma Cooper and renowned playwright Harry Cripps.

Harry & Emma shared their vows on a stunning Sydney day in the beautiful Shore Chapel in North Sydney, before heading to Taronga Zoo for the reception where guests were treated to an acoustic performance by Suzie DeMarchi from the Baby Animals and a moving solo by Tim Freedman from The Whitlams.

Among the friends and family present were long-time friend and chief bridesmade Naomi Watts and her husband Liev Schreiber, as well as Simon Baker, Rose Byrne, John Pulson, Diesel and close family friend Collette Dinnigan.

From the very beginning of the day I was made to feel so welcome and it was an absolute honour and a privilege to be a part of this day. I can honestly say this has been one of the hardest weddings to blog as it was nearly impossible to leave out so many of the beautiful moments captured during the day!

All my brides put a huge amount of love and attention into their gowns, and I love to make sure I capture that....as well as trying to include the natural beauty and elements of the day.

Came across some shots I took about 2 summers ago.
Gosh I really need to go through all my external drives!!

Hot summers afternoon, storm approaching; I grabbed my little underwater "Point & Shoot" camera raced on down to the water.
Upon venturing out the back, I bumped into my lovely
wife's uncle 'Keith'. Perfect! What a great chance to capture his relaxing afternoon swimming out north Narrabeen, along with some other swimmers....

Its amazing that when you get busy shooting all the time you find that your computer starts to get filled up with junk.....so finally said to myself; "Thats it!!! I really need to go through this computer and get rid of the junk I dont need on here"

The lovely joys of digital photography....film days were so easy! I used to love taking my films down to the lab, and saying to the guys, "see you in a few days" No downloading, no backing up, no colour correcting......arrrr, the beauty of film!

How many times do you find yourself creating some random folder.....And saying to yourself "I will get back to it in a day or so".....YER RIGHT! Never happens! (Well at least for me it doesnt)

So, I finally cleaned out my old PC....and came across these shots that I thought I would share
with you......

Gosh I wish I had a automatic robot to blog for me......

What an amazing wedding to kick off 2010! There were more celebrity chefs than you
could poke a stick at! What a fantastic bunch of people to hang out with for an afternoon and need I mention that the food was delicious!

As soon as I walked in the door at the boys house, I instantly felt part of the family. I mean when you put Celebrity Chef: Miguel Maestre & Celebrity Chef: Manu Feildel together on one bridal party, I knew it was going to be a very fun afternoon...

Thank you so much Miguel & Sascha! I cant tell you guys how much of a pleasure it was for me to be part of your day!

Every so often I get the chance to photograph something a little different.
I was asked to photograph my wonderful brother and sister in laws amazing home.
The detail in this house is endless.

Virginia is known as one of the finest, most talented Architects in Australia.
You can see why!

It was so great to spend a whole afternoon soaking in the sun, drink in hand and take my time to find the best angle. I did shoot over 200 images. I mean it was endless!

I LOVE doing this kind of work!!!

Ok so its been a little while between posts, so I thought it was about time I shared some recent weddings with you all!

It was hard to narrow it down because as I was going through all the files from the last six months I remembered so many fun moments and amazing people from all of our weddings...I'm truly blessed to do what I do, every weekend I get to share in someone's most special day, I see some beautiful locations, I get to meet great people and all while doing the thing I love most! My first entry of what I hope will be a long and lasting relationship! Not being the most technical, I have finally got my butt into gear and worked out how to do all this "Blogging" stuff!

What an amazing year! I have been blessed with the most amazing couples who have let me into their lives to share with them something that is so personal. What an honor to be part of their day!! So I thank you all!!!!

A special mention to the lovely Dave & Benice Klum, who chose me to photograph their amazing day on the beautiful north island on New Zealand. Thank you for the privilege. It was an amazing experience which I will treasure for many years to come.

The other couple close to me was the amazing Sam & Grace McKendrick. Who decided to elope in the far north island of Hayman Island. What a spot!! Being just the 3 of us, what an honor!

Thank you guys for giving my wonderful wife and I the much needed short holiday in the far north.

My lovely little sister decided to tie the knot this year! Photographed by yours truly.

After a very wet start to the day, we were finally blessed with some of the best light I have ever seen.
